Withdrawal Policy 

This policy applies to consumers, i.e. any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal (digital services)

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content/services not delivered on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you have confirmed your acknowledgement that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance. We obtain this consent separately during the payment process.
