Last updated: 18.07.2026

1. Provider & scope

The provider is Michael Jajagin, self-employed Software Engineer (ZER0ONE OÜ, Estonia, in formation), Dunavska obala 79, 25245 Bogojevo, Republic of Serbia (hereinafter the “provider”). These Terms apply to the use of the SHORT RADAR platform (shortradar.app, dash.shortradar.app) and the associated plans.

2. Subject matter of the service

SHORT RADAR is an information and analysis tool that represents systemic crisis pressure through model-based metrics (scores, indicators, signals) and provides a paper-trading sandbox with virtual money. The contents are general model assessments and expressly do not constitute investment, legal or tax advice and do not constitute a solicitation to buy/sell financial instruments.

3. Conclusion of contract

Registering an account establishes a free-of-charge usage agreement (Free). Paid plans are ordered bindingly through selection, confirmation and completion of the payment process.

4. Plans & prices

The services and prices stated at the time of ordering on the Pricing page apply (Free, PRO, ELITE, Institutional). Prices are understood as monthly fees; any applicable taxes are shown where relevant.

5. Payment

Payment processing is carried out via the payment service provider Stripe. Its terms for payment processing apply additionally.

6. Term & termination

Paid subscriptions run on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time to the end of the current billing period — via the customer account or the billing portal. The Free account can be deleted at any time.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form can be found in the Withdrawal Policy. For digital content/services, the right of withdrawal may expire early if immediate performance was expressly requested and confirmed.

8. Availability & warranty

The provider endeavours to ensure high availability but does not owe uninterrupted accessibility. Data from external sources may be delayed, incomplete or erroneous; no guarantee is given for accuracy and timeliness.

9. Limitation of liability

The provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body and health. Otherwise, the provider is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. No liability is accepted for the investment decisions of users and any resulting losses — users make decisions on their own responsibility.

10. Naming of third parties

Names such as “Michael Burry” are used exclusively in a descriptive manner to classify public, legally mandated data (SEC Form 13F). There is no connection to or endorsement by the persons or companies named.

11. Amendments & final provisions

The provider may amend these Terms with effect for the future; material changes will be announced. The applicable law is [anwendbares Recht — anwaltlich festzulegen]; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence of the consumer remain unaffected. Should a provision be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
